Is it normal to feel a tingling or 'icy-hot' sensation during Step 1
Yes. A cool, active tingling sensation is normal and indicates the botanical acids are activating on the skin. This typically subsides within minutes and is neutralized once you apply Step 2. If the sensation is painful or persists after Step 2, rinse with cool water.

Can I use this every night, and do I need to rinse it off?
No rinsing is required for either step. For best results, use every other day, preferably in the evening. If you have sensitive skin, start with 1–2 times per week and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance.

Do I apply my moisturiser or serum after Step 2
For the most intensive results, iS Clinical recommends applying Step 2 and allowing it to work overnight without adding other products. However, if your skin feels tight, you can apply a simple hydrator like Hydra-Cool Serum or Sheald Recovery Balm after Step 2 has fully absorbed

    I purchased this after using it once and found the instant effects to be amazing. I now use the Active Peel twice a week. It makes the skin instantly look clearer and brighter without drying or peeling. Skin looks more radiant the next day and makeup apples better.

    would that I could

    I have used this product for a long time. I have a conditon that always requires me to stay rptected and I find along with hydra cool Serum and Proheal Serum I strike a great babalce , My aesthetic nurse first recommednded Sheild . However, I recently tried to purchase all three on line using PayPal but the wholeorder got messed up .you finally refunded me the mlney but I eally wanted my product. One other comment about the other 2 bottles is that athe thread can often break and the product i s compromised when travelling. you really need t address this. Ove lost lots of product by broken threads in the top of the stopper bottle of Pro Heal Serum.
